I believe the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) is true in every way; that it is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
I believe in the Trinity: There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, who are equal in power and glory.
I believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His teachings, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
I believe in the blessed hope, the imminent return of Christ to the earth in power and glory to receive overcoming believers to Himself.
I believe in the fall and sinfulness of man and that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ.
I believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential to personal salvation.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower in ministry all who believe in Christ. I believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher, and Guide.
I believe that Jesus Christ baptizes the seeking believer with the Holy Spirit and power for service, either at the time of or subsequent to regeneration, which is a separate work from the indwelling Spirit for salvation. I believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all biblical gifts of the Spirit as reflected through the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
I believe the Church of Jesus Christ is the universal, spiritual body of believers from every tribe, tongue, kindred, and race of peoples and is indwelt by God through the Holy Spirit and divinely empowered to fulfill ministry and her Great Commission on earth.
I believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
I believe in the resurrection and final judgment of both the saved and the lost, the saved to everlasting life and the lost to everlasting damnation.
I believe Jesus Christ instituted two ordinances to His Church: (1) Water Baptism by immersion after repentance of one’s sin and receiving the gift of salvation. (2) Holy Communion (the Lord’s Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s suffering and death for our salvation.
I believe in deliverance: those oppressed and possessed by evil spirits can be set free in the name of Jesus Christ. I do not believe true Christians can be demon-possessed.
I believe in the laying on of hands in setting believers aside for duties related to ministry, in praying for the sick and in the impartation of spiritual blessings.
